Using a scanner registered under another dentist?
Please ensure the correct prescriber is listed in the notes

We’re pleased that so many of our clients have switched (or are in transition) to digital. The preferential pricing and turnaround can be a big boost to the practice while the ease and accuracy of working with scans is helpful for our technicians.

Some of our clients have scanners registered under their principal with shared use by associates. If you’re sending impressions from a scanner that’s not registered in your name, please make sure the prescribing dentist is listed in the notes so we can avoid any billing mistakes or delays due to misdirected case queries.

Check out our New Case Checklist for more tips on avoiding common case delays.
