  • When sending your scans – please indicate that you are part of the pilot by adding “PILOT DIGITAL DENTURE”. This will ensure the team logs it and puts the case through the new workflow.
  • If for any reason we are unable to manufacture the digital denture, we will put the case through the analogue workflow to ensure there is no delay to the patient appointment time. We will also send feedback of the reasons why we could not manufacture it using the digital process.
