We ran a client feedback survey in December asking dentists to share their honest reviews of CosTech’s service in 2024 and what we could do to improve it in 2025. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a large number of detailed responses and while most of them are a bit too wordy to post in full, we’ve picked out common themes below.

Top of the list was CosTech Portal! Dentists, practice managers and reception staff all picked out the easy access to case due dates, fees & courier tracking for praise along with the ability to directly message our team.

More CosTech Portal Features
High on the wish list was even more information on CosTech Portal and specifically, the ability to upload attachments to messages. IT development is a slow process but be assured it’s on our to do list.
Extended Phoneline Hours
While most clients prefer email, there are still many who opt for a phone call when getting in touch. We’ve heard your requests and our phoneline times have been extended beyond just the morning session.
WhatsApp Integration
Several dentists have asked us to set up an official laboratory WhatsApp account. We’re currently exploring how we can do this while having it integrate with CosTech Portal.
More Patient Demonstration Models
Our FREE BruxZir Demo Model campaign has been incredibly popular, seeing massive uptake from our existing clients while also encouraging dentists to try us out for the first time. We believe effective patient education leads to higher treatment uptake and patient satisfaction so we’ll be bringing out more demo models in 2025.
Your end of year reviews have been a huge boost for our team and really fired us up to be the best we can in 2025. We can only continuously improve by evaluating our past performance, client feedback has been pivotal in helping us achieve our goals and we sincerely thank everyone who took part in the survey.
