Most new clients learn about CosTech via word of mouth and last year so many of you sang our praises to colleagues that it led to us outgrowing our building. To celebrate we’ve purchased a new site that we’re currently kitting out as the lab of our dreams ready for us to move in later this year.
Last year our clients helped us set a personal record for work completed with 76,000 cases and a 0.27% rate of remakes due to lab error. As well as making us look good, the increased adoption of digital workflows is paying off handsomely for both clinicians and patients and has been a key consideration in designing our new lab and setting plans for 2026.
We’ve enjoyed watching our client base steadily grow over the years and we’re now preparing to move out of our two Gravesend units and into a custom outfitted riverside location in Rochester, Kent. Conveniently this comes at a time when most of our clients have gone or are going digital so we can overhaul our production facilities at the same time (think less plaster and more 3D printers).
As our new riverside site is being equipped to bolster digital workflows, we’ll also be able to upgrade our admin support for improved communication with client practices. Ideally there’ll also be a soundproof section of the lab so we can record podcast episodes and deliver more webinars in relative peace and quiet.
2025 was a huge year for us and has set a strong foundation from which to kick-off the next stage of our evolution. Whether you’ve been a part of our story so far or are looking at us for the first time, we hope you’ll join us on the next stage of our journey.
