How To Send Your Scan File
Please follow these instructions:
- Ensure your scan file/s are in .stl format only
- Your files should not be more than 64mb in size
- Fill out all the required fields
- Give us as much information about this case to avoid delays.
- Once we receive your file we will manually check it
- If there are any issues, we will promptly get in touch
All work is turned around in 5 days from receipt of scan files (before 11am). Express turnaround is available.

Model Digitisation
We offer a digitisation service of your patient models to help save valuable surgery space. From just £12.50/arch and we’ll send you a digital file of the scan. Digital archiving is available for large orders. Print our Freepost labels to send your models today.

Each label has a unique tracking code for your parcel.
