Increased capacity & admin support
As our caseload returns to normal we have made arrangements for the admin team to man our phonelines from 9am - 12 noon Monday to Friday every week.
Initially, we will only have limited operators so please only call regarding matters that cannot be dealt with through email or our online portal. For reference, the following common queries can all be accessed through our online portal:
* Checking case due dates
* Checking case status (including whether a case has been received)
* Replying to a technical query
For our Covid protocols we are limiting staff movement around the laboratory so if you would like to speak to a particular technician regarding a case, please message us via the portal with a time that you will be free and the best phone number to reach you. We will then arrange for the technician to call you directly from their workbench.

If a query can be resolved through email, we will do so as a matter of urgency. If it's best to speak over the phone we will contact you to arrange a convenient time and make sure the appropriate technician is available to speak to you.
